Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Be provided with their original packaging and labels.

Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us by emailing info@sabavoti.com or submit your request through our online customer portal.

Step 2: Our support team will review your request.

Step 3: If your return request is approved, you will receive the correct return instructions, the return address and, where applicable, a prepaid return label via email.

Step 4: Package the item securely and return it using the instructions provided.

Step 5: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please do not return any products until you have received the return instructions from us.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sabavoti.com

To help us assess the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.

We will review your request and provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team before returning the product.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email together with instructions for returning your item.
