Refund policy

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, Sabavoti reimburses:

The purchase price.
The original standard shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

Sabavoti may postpone repayment until:

The returned goods have been received; or
Proof of shipment has been provided.

The refund will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Eligibility

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Depreciation due to continued use may be deducted from the refund.

The following cases may not be eligible for a full refund:

Worn or used items.
Items without original labels.
Items damaged by the customer.

Refund Processing

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.
