You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Return process:
If you wish to return a product, please contact us first via info@sabavoti.com .
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process. If your return request is approved, you will receive the correct return instructions and the return address from us.
Do not return products without contacting us first.
Items must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- with original packaging and tags
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any diminished value resulting from excessive handling may be deducted from the refund.
The following may not be eligible for full refund:
- worn or used items
- items without original tags
- items damaged by the customer
Return Costs:
Returns are free of charge.
After your return request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds:
In the event of withdrawal, Sabavoti will reimburse:
- the purchase price
- the original standard delivery costs
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
However, Sabavoti may withhold reimbursement until:
- the returned goods are received, or
- proof of return shipment is provided
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
