Sabavoti operates as a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Sabavoti webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.

3. Products

Sabavoti sells authentic branded clothing, footwear, and accessories sourced from verified distributors and suppliers.

All products are guaranteed to be authentic.

Product images are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or device display settings.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.

Prices displayed on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A flat shipping fee of €3.95 applies to all orders.

Sabavoti reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors or mistakes.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via our payment service provider Mollie, which handles your payment and related personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
Depending on your selected payment method, your personal and payment data may also be processed by Klarna in accordance with their privacy policy.

The payment options currently available on the website are:

Orders are processed once full payment has been confirmed.

6. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times:

Netherlands: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Sabavoti ships using established postal and courier services.

Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking confirmation.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as courier delays or high demand.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer once the goods have been delivered to the consumer or a designated recipient.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns must comply with the Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy.

9. Liability

Sabavoti is not liable for indirect damages except where mandatory law applies.

Nothing limits statutory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.

10. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted to info@sabavoti.com

We aim to respond within 14 days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved mutually, it may be subject to dispute resolution procedures.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
